  • Can I visit the workshop/showroom?

    Yes of course, I welcome visitors, although it is a working environment so please avoid bringing small children, animals etc.

  • What are you opening hours?

    I don’t operate set times, the best thing to do is to contact me beforehand and arrange an appointment to visit.

  • Do you deliver?

    No I do not deliver. 


    Some items will ship fine using a standard shipping company such as Royal Mail or ParcelForce. 


    For other items: being bulky, or are just too unique to entrust with a courier, it's better if you collect.

  • How can I pay for my item?

    If I am shipping an item(s) I will contact you beforehand with details on how to pay. 


    If collecting from the workshop, please bring your card, cash or make a bacs bank transfer. 


    Goods are not released until paid for in full.


  • My item has a mark on it.

    In the majority of instances your item will have been made using a part from a machine that has been working in an arcade for several years, therefore it will have signs of wear and tear.
